I’m the Lead Planner and Co-Founder of Tre Stelle Weddings. Before moving to Italy several years ago, I worked in the public sector and for major institutions, despite I always had a deep passion for the design and the flowers. Once arrived in Italy, I completely fell in love with the landscapes, the culture, and the people. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I wanted to blend my skills with my creative side and start something meaningful.
Mattia often calls me “ambassador for Italy” because I speak about it with such passion. And he’s probably right! In the early years of the company (then Andrea Wedding & Events), I worked mainly on my own, always with the constant support of Mattia.
I’m currently the Head of Growth and Co-Founder of the company. I come from years within HR projects and international business development. Despite my full-time job, I always dedicated part of my free time to supporting Andrea and her dram. In 2026, I decided to join the family business full‑time, bringing my strategic and commercial expertise, driven by the desire to build something unique with my wife. Today, we are a complementary duo: while Andrea oversees the planning and design of our projects, I drive the strategic and operational development of the agency. In 2026, we evolved into Tre Stelle Weddings: a name that represents our family. We are a family of three stars who deeply care for one another, and the brightest of all is our daughter Nora.
